Beijing 300305h: The Longetivity Hill

In the middle of the Summer Palace complex there is a hill called the Longetivity Hill. At its peak, we find the pagoda-like Tower of Buddhist Incense and behind it, the Sea of Wisdom. Don't ask me why such bombastic names (or why a building atop a hill is a 'sea'), but it must be the direct translation from Chinese. Both structures date back to the 18th century Qing Dynasty.
